Prior to hiring, our nurses are carefully screened, complete drug and alcohol testing, have criminal background checks, are assessed for competency, give personal and professional reference checks, and both education and training are verified. All of our staff is licensed, bonded and insured. All staff are required to meet annual safety and clinical competency evaluations. All cases are supervised by RN’s.

We can generally begin services within 24 hours of initial referral. All care must be prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of California. A registered nurse will complete a comprehensive assessment and develop a personalized care plan with you and your physician.

We accept private insurance, worker’s comp and private pay. We will verify your benefits prior to starting care and inform you of any co-payment prior to beginning service.

 Establish personalized home exercise program, therapeutic exercises, gait training

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Provides care requiring the skills of a nurse, as directed by the RN

 Provides front line support to the client and family

 Administers treatments and medications

 Oversees care for clients who are unable to direct

 Provides symptom management
