Moving Around increases blood circulation, strengthens muscles and bones, strengthens the heart, which reduces the risk of stroke or heart attack, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, and helps to curb depression. It is also vital to Reposition patients to reduce the risk of bed sores and muscle weakness. Moving Around also promotes good digestion and breathing, can help patients with weight loss, improves sleep, and helps improve quality of life.
